1985 Porsche 924 S review from Netherlands
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Big end bearing at 100,000km.
All bearings had to be replaced, replaced clutch as well..
Front wheel bearings replaced, cracked front discs, then warped front discs (not genuine).
General comments?
After the big problems I've done the last 70,000km (2 years) without any complaint.
Excellent fuel economy, but parts for the S-type are very expensive.
Fast, elegant, comfortable, a wolf in sheepskin!
