What things have gone wrong with the car?
3,000 Dana 44 Blown rear axle Seals
3,150 Passenger floor gets wet, Duct seal bad Dealer said they solved the problem still leaked, so I fixed it myself.
3,250 Dana 44 Blown rear axle Seals
3,500 I found That the Breather hose was pinched up by gas tank and frame, ran new hose myself and installed new seals.
If the can't fix it I will.
2,500 New surpintine belt
3,500 New rear brake shoes
3,200 New radiator
3,500 New rotor and cap OEM had aluminum pickups and where all eaten and corroded
3,750 Engine rear oil seal leaks the dealer fixed it, but started more leak every where around the oil pan leaks now
4,200 Had to replace the output tail the splines went south, it had no zerks plus the drive shaft vibrated because the angle was to much from the factory Out of warranty now
37,00 the L6 rattles like a Diesel and has lots of blow by, and uses about 1.5 qt's per 2,500 miles
38,000 5spd transmission had started to leak
34,500 new radiator
44,500 Another Serpintine belt the service guys over tightened the other one.
General comments?
Overall it is fun to drive and reliable starts all the time and gets better gas mileage than the Honda CRV.
23mpg at 65mph.
