1991 GMC Safari sle tx review from Israel

What things have gone wrong with the car?
The air-con is dead
no window water spray action
one of the back tires is the wrong type
It had a family of birds in the engine.
General comments?
I bought this truck yesterday from a used car lot where it had been dumped in a corner since March.
The thing started on the first try Although most of the water had disappeared from the tank the oil was still OK,although a little sticky
The battery was showing about half its charge.
I took it for a 100 Km test drive after adding water it was like driving in my living room.
More updates as I fix it up.
