1988 Ford Taurus L review from Saudi Arabia
"The fix or repair daily car!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The engine head gasket blew at 100,000km.
Transmission got fixed once and still got problems.
The engine overheats.
Rear brakes leaked oil and then failed.
Many electrical parts needed replacing including (cooling fan, voltage regulator and relays).
Power steering leaks oil.
The air-conditioner leaks.
Repaired radiator twice.
New starter and fuel pump.
Engine mounts.
Water pump leaked coolant.
General comments?
The seats are comfortable and made of good quality materials.
The dashboard has many cracks in it.
This car is not appropriate for long distance driving because it is unreliable.
The check-engine gauge lights up all the time.
