2000 Chevrolet Silverado LS review from North America
"The Truck Guys Truck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
None.
General comments?
If you are looking for a real truck, and you plan to work it hard, drive it hard, haul around the family on the weekend, and tow heavy loads, look no further. The Silverado is plane and simply the best truck for it. I often times pull my horse trailer on the weekends which ways probably close to 7500 pounds fully loaded, I'll tell you, it's hard to believe I'm even pulling anything at all. The Silverado is right at home working hard, not to mention it does it with refinement. I could not be happier. So far with this many miles on it I have had no problems with it at all. And by the way for those of you whining about the "5.3 Liter knock" go to your local auto shop and get a can of Seafoam engine treatment to put in your gas, one time did it for my engine.
