1992 Dodge Colt Base review from North America
"A quick gas saver"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Seats on the drivers side of the vehicle have been tearing.
Air Conditioning had to be replaced.
General comments?
This car is a pretty quick vehicle.
I have gotten this car at speeds of up to 61 miles per hour at a 45 degree angle.
The car has a Mitsubishi engine which came standard, the car was made in Japan, but with a Dodge Colt body.
I have reached speeds of up to 120+ miles per hour in this car.
I don't have power steering so it is very hard to turn.
Vehicle doesn't lean too much when going at slow speeds.
A very light weight car, that's what makes this car faster than most cars.
The metal of the body is very light and very delicate, the doors are a little heavy because they are so big.
This car has a lot of engine noise and when driving on the inside it is very noisy.
I have had this car for over a year or so and I haven't had one problem with it. But then again it's only got 43,000 miles on it, pretty good for a 92'.
