1986 Chevrolet Camaro Sport coupe review from North America
"A great car with a lot of power for a little cost"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I just bought this car three months ago as my first car. My friend sold it to me for a very good price. The only parts that I have replaced are the power steering pump and the shocks and struts. Just recently I put a high performance air filter with a nice chrome Chevrolet cover on it. Throughout the three months that I have owned it, I have put quite a few performance parts on the car. It is now running about 250 horsepower. It got me down the quarter mile in 14.8-15.2 seconds and the quarter mile speed was 115-120 (depending on driver error). The inside is like new as is the motor. The paint was faded, so now the car is primer gray. It won't be long before it is nice and bright red though.
General comments?
This is a great car.
The only complaint is the handling in the winters.
