1989 Honda Accord LXI review from North America
"Small price to pay for a life time car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The original alternator finally went bad in the early part of 2002 161000 miles.
Original Distributer cap cracked at 163000 miles.
I have had to replace one CV joint on the drivers side.
Original clutch starting to slip at 165,320 miles. That's pretty good.
General comments?
This car has been amazing. Things break on cars so that's just a part of life. Every thing that has gone bad on this car has made it well beyond the 160,000 mile mark and I don't know another car that could have made it this long. Over all The 1989 Honda accord is selling for cheap and will last you a life time.
