1995 Chevrolet Blazer LS review from North America

Living in the New York Metro Area, I only get to take the car out once in awhile. The car has been in several accidents. The engine was having problems, the exhaust pipe had to be changed due to a hole in it. (I drove it over a curb and scratched it.)

Right now, the passenger door does not work from outside. This was a result of being hit by another vehicle. No one was hurt inside my car however, the fact that I cannot open from outside is now what I considered an added security feature living in the New York city area.

This truck amazes me. I hardly take care of this truck, and it always seems to start up. Every time I think it is going to die on me. It always starts up fine.

I have used it like a tank, mowing through shopping carts in parking lots in malls and super markets as well as JFK.

I use the 190HP to my advantage during parking in NYC. For those of you familiar with parking in the NYC area. You will find that many people are inconsiderate when they park. They either box you in, or take up spaces that belongs to two or three cars with just one mis-parked car. I use my blazer as a bulldozer in those situation.

Works great! I feel like I can drive this car forever.

Unfortuantely, my wife is making me get rid of it.

Blazer is not for every one. It does have a high cost of maintainese. It is a certain breed of men who drive chevy trucks or suv.
