1991 Ford Tempo review from North America
"Seems like it should have lasted longer, ours must have been a dud"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Transmission went at 35,000.
Alternator blew at 46,000.
Muffler fell off at 47,000.
Tail pipe fell off at 47,010.
Few bits of rust.
Rubber outlining above the back left wheel fell off.
General comments?
The car always had great pick up.
It was also very fuel efficient for the.
City. Even with me driving it like a.
Maniac down quiet streets.
I did drive the car into the ground and.
I'm not surprised that the transmission.
Blew, but for the muffler and tail pipe.
To fall off as my Mom was driving it to.
The supermarket was too much. Either.
The preivous owner (a neighbor who was.
An old man) left it out in the winter or.
The metal was cheap.
