General comments?
This was a new car purchase in June 1995. Car is seriously quick and handles very well. Vehicle is quite comfortable considering the size.
Major problem is in the mechanical repairs. Three motor mounts were replaced at a cost of $125.00 each. I replaced the driver's side window channel myself at a cost of $52.00 for the part (dealer cost was $225.00). A check engine light turned into a oxygen sensor replacement and a minor oil leak resulted in a new head replacement (old head had numerous pits which could not be explained and resulted in a total cost of $2078.00.
I have recently noticed a little play in the manual transmission shifting lever. Dealer said it was not a safety factor, but wants $275.00 to replace parts.
Chrysler offered their regrets but can not assist nor offer any recourse.
