1986 SAAB 900 EMS review from Australia and New Zealand
"Excellent car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Alternator belts had to be replaced shortly after I brought it.
Front engine mount had to be replaced - very cheap.
LHF Driveshaft boot had to be replaced.
General comments?
As you can see, the car required very little work over the period I owned it. It was not a fast car in terms of acceleration, but it cruised well at speeds over 100k.
The best thing about the vehicle was that after 16 years I could not find 1 speck of rust.
I now own a 1993 Saab 900 aero. Another brilliant car.
