1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe review from North America
"Performance in a nutshell"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car likes to idle high, but with a few starts, it resumes regular idle.
The clutch had to be replaced at 105,000 miles. Probably because of the Burnouts I did.
I like the way the car had a systems sentry. It told me when a low beam was out or when I was low on gas.
General comments?
The car is great. It's fast and very comfortable, but the most exciting factor in owning a Turbo Coupe is that it is so rare. I would suggest anyone to buy one and fix it up. It will be worth it in the future.
