"This car stinks!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I'm the second owner of my 1996 Dodge Neon. I didn't get any warranty with the car and now I'm facing leaking head gaskets.
I've tried and tried to get Chrysler to accept some of the responsibility for this problem and I'm not getting anywhere.
I've noticed that other owners have been successful in getting Chrysler to help with the financial end of the problem. How were you able to do this?
Also, is anyone thinking of filing a class action suit against Chrysler? The head gasket problem should have been a factory recall, but considering the expense of getting this fixed, they're not going to own up to the responsibility.
