"Diesal fun car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Discs warped changed under warranty
rear wiper motor changed under warranty
sump gasket replaced under warranty.
General comments?
For a diesal old generation type up to 60 mph is quick when turbo kicks in.
Handles well, but you know you have a diesal lump under the bonnet, very easy to drive with power steering, smooth gearbox, and very light clutch, its done 63000 in 44 months and its never gone below 44 mpg, the best was 58mpg up to scotland. cabin is basic, but it has a radio, and it is the base model and the mark 1 at that, but still looks good considering launched in 1994.Its the torque the car has that's so much fun.
