1988 Ford Ranger LTX review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
In 204,000 Miles I have replaced the brakes (twice), the shocks (once), muffler (twice)with tailpipe, and I am on my third set of tires.
The paint has peeled of the roof of the cab, and most of the hood.
General comments?
I have been changing the oil and filter each 3 to 4 thousand miles. I add only one quart between changes. However it is beginning to get tired. It still has the original clutch. But the clutch may be the next thing I have to replace. I have no idea how far or how long the Ranger will go.
