1992 Vauxhall Calibra CDX review from UK and Ireland
"A mean street car with attitude"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My rear and front arches had rusted, the rear being a lot worse than the front. The front disc brakes were warped when I bought it probably from abuse or overuse.
Slight wear on front leather seats at the edges.
The Speedo dials started to crumble and lift probably due to age.
The Heater Matrix Bulbs burned out really quickly.
General comments?
From the moment I read in auto trader "Calibra" and thought "what the hell is one of those",and the instance
I saw it I fell in love right away-STUNNING.
The car was a CDX in two tone paint black and silver, with Irmsher bodykit
it begged for more to be done to it.
The car is a real beast if you let go of the lead, I said Bye Bye to a MR2 who cut me up on the A38.140MPH no problem.
With a few small extras this car is quick and cool.
