1998 GMC Suburban SLT review from North America
"Really reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My transmission was defective and went out at 50,000 miles.
My transmission went out at 114,000 miles and was rebuilt.
Fuel Pump went out at 100,000 miles.
Axle and Ball Joints were changed at 130,000 miles.
Driver's side seat is very bad. The seat isn't very strong.
General comments?
I haven't had any major problems with the exception of the defective transmission.
All issues I have had with the car were at or above the 100,000 mile mark, which is expected.
I certainly got my money's worth with this car.
