1989 Mazda B2200 review from North America
"Great truck; almost as good as a toyota"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The truck has been losing power lately. I could hardly keep up with the other cars on the road. The compression was poor despite an engine rebuild several years ago. The truck will perform poorly on rainy days. I've narrowed the problem down to a unit on the vehicle that takes the exaust, runs it near the air filter housing and back to the exaust manifold. This unit pluggs off and decreases your power. I've had it to several shops with no mechanic being able to find the problem. All my problems are solved now that I bypassed this unfunctional unit.
