1973 Ford Cortina mkIII/TC xle review from Australia and New Zealand
"A car that deserves to be a muscle car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
95.000 Brakes master failed.
135.000 Water pump replaced.
Seats are shot.
75.000 rear trailing arm bushes replaced.
100.000 Diff blew.
Electrics are failing.
Shocking fuel economy.
Tyres wear easily on back.
Steering needs to be replaced.
X/member are prone to cracking.
Door handles brake easily.
General comments?
Stomps all over HOLDEN Commodore`s.
This handles sick at fast speeds despite the over steers.
Seats are very stuffed and no leg room in the back.
But she still does 140 mph easily & it's stock.
Awsome on the touring car circuit.
