1989 Audi Coupe E 10v review from UK and Ireland
"A quality performance coupe - get one"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing much - just the usual coupe faults of temp gage going, couple of dashboard lights, touch of bubbling round drivers wheel arch, but not overly concerned given car in galvanized.
General comments?
Steering is too light, not much feel of the surface - although this does make long distances tireless.. pulls very well and continuously well above 100mph. Interior hasn't dated as well as the body shape, and seat wear tends to be an issue so would go for leather if had the option. The car is a joy to own and I'm convinced that taking out a loan for an alpha 156 could not have been worthwhile!
