1996 Holden Commodore VS review from Australia and New Zealand
"A car for all needs and wants"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Perfectly sound car. I haven't had, or noticed any problems. Previous owner reported a magnificent car, no problems and a regretful sale only due to moving overseas.
General comments?
This car is a great overall car. From performance (beats most v8's and turbo cars as a stock V6) to fuel consumption (550 km per 57 litre tank) to safety (first australian car with dual airbags, ABS, irs, lsd) to comfort (great body-hugging seats with ample room for five adults) to reliability (absolutely no problems from my car or two mates also with vs's). The satisfaction received from a $11 500 car is outstanding. Great for all ages. Young car enthusiasts with a performance car with cheap modifications, families with a large, reliable, relatively cheap car to run, older people with a luxurious, safe car and everyone in between.
Technology of the car is still up to date and provides more appeal.
If you are lookin for a car with any of these things, this car will highly satisfy you to your heart's content (and more)
