1975 Holden Torana LH review from Australia and New Zealand
"Excellent car which balances performance with size"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Transmission has failed and needed replacing.
Starter motor occasionally does not work properly.
Heater is faulty.
Engine was completely replaced 25,000 km ago.
Minor rust on door frames.
Panel beating which has not aged well.
Driver's seat belt due for replacement.
General comments?
This car has been in my family for 20 years.
It is remarkably reliable and has had relatively few problems for a 28 year old car!!
The interior is very comfortable and the exterior is still in relatively good condition.
Its good condition I think is owed to it being garaged for most of its life.
The car is very original and has not had any modifications.
I intend to keep it as long as they keep making Super fuel.
