1996 Bentley Continental R Mulliner review from North America
"High priced high horsepowered monster with nice carpets!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
I love my Bentley, mind you, for $180,000 I should. The accelaration in this car is mind blowing, even without the "T" label, 600lbft of torque is enough to light up the rear wheels. At close to 5000lb in weight the Continental is nothing short of an animal. I am 6'6" and it is a little short on headroom, although with the seat pitched back a bit, I am pushed back nicely by the 400bhp. Instructions... Crank up the motor. 2) Find some bloke with a good looking chick with him in a 911 Carrera you wish to smoke. 3) Wait for the light to turn green, 4) hit the gas 5) HOLD ON!
