1987 Holden Camira SLX review from Australia and New Zealand
"An easily done up beginners car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Water pump and thermostat housing went at 120000kms
engine mountings replaced at 116000kms
alternator replaced at 132000kms
hoses virtually all replaced.
General comments?
Had car repainted with 17inch rims and then lowered the car, being a JD the back of the car looks like a sort of squashed VK commodore. interior is good just use a little armorial and shes like new.
Word of advice if you get a big stereo make sure you increase your battery size or your alternator won't be able to handle it..
Haven't had to spend much money and am able to turn heads..
A good first car..
