1991 Acura Integra RS review from North America
"A reliable, inexpensive, sporty car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The radiator's fins have basically disintegrated and have fallen out requiring me to run the heater during the summer months until replacement.
Oil is leaking from where I believe is the head gasket.
Driver's seat stitching is coming apart, causing the foam padding to come out.
Numerous bolt heads have broken off while replacing the brake calipers and associated hardware.
Manual radio antenna mast broke off and it is virtually impossible to find a replacement.
General comments?
The car is economical to run, requiring only basic preventative maintenance.
The car is very light (about 2400 pounds) which gives it quickness and very aggressive handling characteristics, with only about 125 horsepower.
