1988 Chevrolet Astro review from North America
"AMAZIng Bargain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
This car was previously my dads and then handed down to me as a first car. It has endured much, we drove it from Miami were I live to Toronto, Canada and it endured well all it needed was a tire alignment when we got back. In its life the ac compressor was changed one time and a belt that's it. Recently when the car was handed down to me we changed the tires and found a leak in the power steering fluid, but its not a big deal. Other than that I jsut recently changed the alternator that's it. Also this car went through hurrican Andrew with only a broken windshield. If no one know hurricane Andrew was the costliest hurricane in US history.
General comments?
This car is seriously a long keeper, it has low cost and as long as you treat it well it will treat you back four times as much. Chevrolet is amazing and you should definetly go with them.
