1981 DeLorean DMC-12 review from North America
"A car to own for a lifetime"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I have had no major problems with this car because I keep it properly maintained, as all 22 year old cars should be.
General comments?
This is a truly incredible car.
Very reliable if properly maintained, (lots of problems are due to a previous owner's cheap fixes).
You'll get looks wherever you go.
Handles very well.
Acceleration may not be fast, but I wouldn't consider it slow either.
