1993 Ford Ranger XLT review from North America
"Remarkable bargain, the cost of the truck worked out to be.05 cents a mile"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At approx. 180,000 the clutch had to be replaced.
At 275,000 we had to replace the transmission.
Now at 350,000 we are replacing the a/c clutch.
Normal brake pad replacement.
General comments?
The Ranger with the V-6 4.0 cannot be beat, very little repair. You expect maintenance with any truck, but this truck has been remarkable. The larger engine has good power, and never had trouble pulling a load.
