1998 Volkswagen Cabrio Highline review from North America

"This is one fun, reliable convertible!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

I have had to replace the spark plugs.

The battery needed replacing at 65k miles.

The driver side window has just started to act up, when all of the windows are going up at once it stops moving.

The carpet under the gas pedal is beginning to wear, a small hole has started.

The beige cloth seats look very dirty, but it is water marks that only get worse when cleaned.

General comments?

All of the "problems" I have had with this car have been very minor.

I would recommend this car to anyone, I have had so much fun with it.

This car has just enough guts to get around town and road trips are great fun!
