1986 Pontiac Parisienne review from North America
"A very well built car, meant to last!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Brakes failed. Brake lines had to be replaced.
Starting to rust on right side in the back.
Starting to smoke from Engine. Mechanic says engine needs to be replaced or consider junking the car.
Starter replaced twice, last rebuilt starter put in still going strong!
Paper (wood) siding has almost all completely peeled off.
General comments?
The car is very comfortable, seats are wide, It can seat 9 people.
Old as it is the car still runs great, except for smoke from the engine.
Car drives well. Gears work fine, lights, systems monitor all still working.
Lights, brake lights, hazard lights all work.
