1999 Pontiac Montana Extended review from North America
"Think Twice before buying"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
At 42,000 the engine began to overheat excessively. Took it into shop turns out there was a bad seal in the engine block causing the radiator to leak into the engine. $1700 repair. At 72,000 miles the car returns to the shop for a transmission rebuild. Not sure price on that one yet.
General comments?
Friend of mine has 1998 Trans Sport. Same problems as above at different times. Will never own a Pontiac again.
