1998 Dodge Neon Highline review from North America
"A big P O S on wheels"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car is trouble for me. I had the headgasket repaired two weeks into owning it.
Now, I have failed emissions because the check engine light does NOT come on. It is not on during boot-up. the computer did not generate any error codes. Is this common? Please e-mail troix1@aol.com
