1998 BMW M Roadster Z3 review from Belgium
"Fine German sportscar with a lot of muscles"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Seats have started to wear badly.
Cracking of the dashboard when you drive at high speed in a corner.
Side mirror attachements are starting to rust.
General comments?
This car is very quick and very agile. It can easily get hold of 220 km/h when driving in 4th gear.
The BMW Roadster is extremely good looking and very loved, and people really do notice this car in traffic and when it is parked in a street.
But the lack of space in the trunk and the very costly maintenance by a BMW dealer are really things that have started to nerve me.
Even worse is that the dashboard cracks when you are cornering at high speed.
Still, a parking sensor at the front of the car wouldn not be so bad, as you can't see anything than the bonnet when you are sitting in the car.
