1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic review from North America
"A great all around full size car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Ignition switch gets stuck in the lock position; water pump failed; catalytic converter got plugged.
General comments?
The motor isn't fantastically powerful, but it works for me. I've had a 1992 caprice, and this 1991, and they are great heavy duty, reliable cars. I get 20 miles a gallon consistently. I drove this car from Ohio to California fully loaded with no problems. It's the perfect affordable full size luxury car that is still practical transportation.
