2002 MG ZT-T review from UK and Ireland
"A reliable and enjoyable alternative to the German sporting estates"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
The handling of the car is exceptionally good.
The ride is very firm (I have the original model with what is now the optional sports suspension) but it remains comfortable even on poor roads and bumps are very well absorbed.
Reliability has been the best of any car I have ever owned.
The automatic box does blunt the performance and is not as user friendly as the "tiptronic" type boxes on some of the rival models.
The sports seats at first seem hard, but once you are used to them are very comfortable. The load carrying capacity is not as great as some others but is fine for me as I mainly carry a dog and the opening tailgate window is great.
