removed stock exhaust and catalytic converter. installed high flow muffler with dual outlets and 2 1/2" pipe now 28 mpg and a cool sound.
Cost of repair done myself $650
exhaust manifolds leaks.
Slow power windows.
Replaced heater core.
General comments?
I like this truck. It is easy to drive, comfortable and powerful enough for most any situation. I have spent some on repairs, but not unreasonable for the year and mileage of it. I believe there is still better mileage and performance in this vehical. Fine tuning and some performance parts will help.
