2003 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VIII FQ 300 review from UK and Ireland
"An everyday 4 door saloon with break neck speed and performance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing has gone wrong with it as yet!!
General comments?
What a car. I had a Volkswagen Golf 4motion before and I thought that was quick. We test drove an Evolution VIII at our local garage and fell in love with it there and then.
This car is like a sleek jet plane.
There is no turbo lag and the steering is phenomenal.
We couldnt really test it out to its full strength until it had its first service at a 1000 miles. (servicing is regular and expensive, the one downside to owning a car like this).
The cabin is clean and spacious and the recaro seats hug you tight as you hit G-force. We went all out and had a Kenwood touch screen audio/SAT NAV system added to finish it off.
Great fun, hugely fast, practical. GET ONE.
