1985 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer review from North America
"The most reliable vehicle you will own"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Radiator rotted out when purchased.
General comments?
I scored a huge deal when I recently found this beauty. A 1985 Pioneer in mint condition. The body on this thing is impecable, front end feels better than my 2000 Ford, everything works well. I retired my 87 Cherokee that rotted all to hell, but the parts are all interchangable, short of the 85 being carburated, another bonus!!
Easy to work on, parts are "chunky" and easy to replace.
4 cyl 2.5L excellent engine.
