1982 Mazda RX7 GSL review from North America
"Classic sports car fun at a great price"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Leaky coolant hose going from block to firewall.
Rust on the rear wheel-wells.
Sluggish performance (previous owner used cheap spark plugs that looked like they had not been changed in a decade)
General comments?
This car is great. It does not really have a lot of power in comparison to my 1988 RX7 but its handling is wonderful and the brakes are great. The upgraded model GSL is well worth the extra money if you can find one as it has rear disk breaks and a LSD rear end. If you are looking for a lot of sports car for a little money you should check out the RX7. Zoom Zoom and happy motoring.
