1987 Toyota Camry LE Wagon review from North America
"A nice wagon with performance in mind"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car has be great. I had to replace a failing alternator, and have a gasket leak at the rear passenger side of the motor.
General comments?
This is a very comfortable car, great on long trips. Temp was a little high on mountain climbs with the A/C on, but it was to be expected. Paint stays good except for the tops tend to fade and peel. No rust anywhere yet. Put on wider tires and the car becomes a very aggresive in the corners. Hardly any body roll and the steering feedback is great. I put on 15in 205 tires that are wonderful. Tows very nice with no overheating trouble and great power.
