2000 Chrysler Town and Country lxi review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The passenger window motor had to be replaced.
The brake rotors were turned at 1200 miles.
The right side door lock motor was replaced.
The rotors & brake pads had to be replaced at 3700 miles & they were not under warranty.
The air conditioning was not cooling & was checked at 2000 miles.
The air conditioner was replaced completely at 44000 miles & it was not under warranty.
The belt tensioner had to be replaced at 49000 miles.
Now the transmission is leaking & is scheduled to go to the shop soon. It has only 57000 miles on it.
The sun visor clip was replaced at 33000 miles.
General comments?
The van rides great, looks great & the load capacity is very good.
The vehicle is very unreliable mechanically.
The van is overrated & over priced.
