2002 Saturn VUE V6 AWD review from North America
"Go Dodge"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Ignition replaced after about two months owned. When they towed the car with their roadside assistance they bent the left toe and we had to pay to replace and had to buy new tires because they said it was our fault.
The thermostat went out and they replaced that. We had to take off work to go around their schedule. They kept the car overnight.
After we left the store the low coolant light came on because they left the coolant empty and then we were told the wrong color of coolant to put in.
Then my husband had an accident and they couldn't fix it so we had to take it to Brickners and it's not covered under warranty because it's not their parts. We were told when we bought the car any accident no matter whose fault they would cover anything that was a big lie.
Now the service light is on, but they can't get us in for three days, but it will be at Brickners to fix another problem and we aren't going to pay for their problem again.
General comments?
No loaners available.
Service department are jerks.
Dealers lie to make a sale.
No one works around your schedule.
Don't get what you pay for.
