1955 Ford Fairlane Customline review from North America
"Great little Ford"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Fuel pump failed. Two fittings to remove, two bolts to take out and a $1.95 replacement diaphragm got it running again.
Installed a floor shift on the cluster gear eating transmission.
Never had to do a brake job. No oil or water leaks.
General comments?
Really enjoyed this car. So easy to service. Nothing under the hood except what was needed to run.
