2001 Nissan Sentra GXE review from North America
"Can't complain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing except that the map light switch sticks sometimes.
General comments?
I've driven my Sentra for 2 years and 6 months now and put 30,000 miles on it. Nothing had gone wrong with it. I really like the fact that it's inexpensive to own and drive this car. I normally get 27-29 mpg commuting to my work. When I take a long-distance trip, I get about 34 -35 mpg. Insurance cost is cheaper than Honda Civic is another advantage. The ride is somewhat on a bumpy side, but reasonably comfortable and quiet for a compact car. My Sentra doesn't excite me in terms of its looks, but I actually like the plain look of it (Cops don't pay attention to Sentras and I never had a ticket driving my Sentra).
