1991 Nissan 240SX SE review from North America
"Very sporty and well worth every penny!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
When this car was purchased, it needed to have the power steering seals replaced, the radiator replaced, and the spark plugs replaced. These items were bad when I purchased the car.
General comments?
This car is very responsive. It's handling in corners is second to none with little body roll.
The 240sx I owned came with the optional HICAS (I'm not sure the exact technical name), which is a device that, when driving at moderate to high speeds, turns all four wheels instead of just the front two, which basically is four wheel steering.
The five-speed manual transmission is very aggressive and benefits form the viscous limited-slip rear differential.
This car is relatively cheap and really seems like it would cost many times what it does.
