2003 Volvo V70 75 y. Edition review from Finland
"A smooth brick"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
-Some problems with the standard 17" low profile tires - burst a couple of times while driving on gravel. But that's the price you have to pay for the looks of the 17" rims - they just don't fit for "off pavement" conditions.
General comments?
-The low pressure turbo engine puts out lots of torque on low RPM. Good acceleration.
-Great handling and comfort on motorways. But front wheel drive design brings some insensibility when driving on "beaten pavement". Overall a great car to drive.
-A little bit awkward car on narrow city streets and parking places, due to size and wide turning circle.
-All the space you need in front seats. Big trunk.
-Automatic transmission work perfectly - "geartronic" not needed.
