Some lights burned out

the speedometer cable went out, this happens a lot on these models.

Great people or product mover, remove the seats for more room than most full size trucks. Plenty of room makes for great soccer mom car or for long trips on the road. Unfortunatley for me I'm single so it was sort of a waste to have such a large vehicle. These Vans are extremely reliable, my family has had several and apart from constant issues with speedometer cables they run forever with no issues. Visibility is worthy of note, the windows are large, the nose is short and the car rides high. This is a big plus for safety. I would have given higher marks for comfort, but this is no luxury minivan, there is plenty of space and the seats are cozy, but there is absolutely no luxury to the car so it doesn't deserve a 10. The Astro handles like any truck would, no better and no worse. The turning radius is wide, but since the nose is short its easy to park most anywhere. Gas mileage is atrocius, I estimate my fuel economy somewhere around 16 to 18 mpg. It is possible somethings wrong with the engine, but my exhaust is fresh. Overall if you have a family or a small buisness this will make a great vehicle for you, if not naturally you want something smaller. That has nothing to do with this fine vehicle though, so if your looking to move people buy it!
