1988 BMW 3 Series E30 324D review from Poland
"Great comfortable and tough car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I haven't had any problems. The last owner had to do some work, but it was normal changing of some parts after 20, 50, or 100 thousand kms.
General comments?
I love this car, it's very comfortable (for people who sit in the front, the rear seats are not very comfortable - for two "normal" persons).
The engine is silent (and it's diesel). It drinks about 6,8l/100km., so it's cheap. It's not dynamic, but for driving it's enough - after 2500rpm she becomes much faster. To drive about 150/160 km. per hour it's not, but -like I said- it's not dynamic (about 13 seconds to 100).
It's quite good looking inside and has a very tough engine. In the winter, when it's -15, it starts with no problems. For me - all is OK, maybe this place in the rear - why is so small?
