1996 Bentley Turbo R review from UK and Ireland
"Get a good one and be happy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Power steering leaks
underbody & pipe corrosion.
General comments?
I bought the most car for the least money I could find. Then I bought the workshop manual CD on ebay. These cars are very complicated and basically an old good design with many bits added to complicate it. Steering system is overstressed and leaks common (the leaks then kill the cruise control sensors).LHD steering is less complicated than RHD. A really comfortable fast car for 4, but also a great hands-on mechanic/enthusiasts car.
